Where has the time gone?

So every night I think - I've got to go and update my blog.  Well one month later I'm doing just that!  To say this has been a whirlwind would be an understatement.  March was super packed with fun activities and programs and I hope we raised awareness about this terrible disease.  We ate pizza, we danced the salsa, we shopped, we ran, what didn't we do?!

April is going to be a busy month too -

16 April - Texas Roadhouse Dinner fundraiser
17 April - All You Can Eat Pancake and Sausage Breakfast and then Arby's Night from 5-8pm
19 April - Cupcakes for Cancer at Sweetly Scrumptious
20 April - Cancer is a Drag at Fantasy
24 April - Nine & Dine at Tallgrass
27 April - Mosley St. Melodrama Dinner and a Show
28 April - Strike out Cancer at Seneca Bowl

I can't hardly beleive that we have only 4 1/2 weeks left!  I feel like I just signed up to run a few weeks ago.  And no matter what the outcome (but let's not lie - I would love to be the woman the raises the most $) I hope that what my team did and what we were able to accomplish makes a difference.  I hope that all our hard work wasn't for not.  I can say that without a doubt what I thought I would feel about this campaign and LLS and what I feel now are totally different . . . and I'm sure that this next month my emotions will run all over the place.

For all of my friends and family (both the ones I've had my entire life and the new ones I've made - b/c for those of you that know me once we are friends then we ARE family) THANK YOU for hanging in there with me and thank you for putting up with me.  There are so many to thank for their help, encouragement and support.  But I'm going to leave that to another entry b/c I don't want to forget anyone.
